Virtual Series: Mastering Functional Nutrition

Join us for a 4 part series on how to take control of your health through diet and lifestyle, guided by a functional registered dietitian.

 

Over four interactive monthly sessions, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how food and lifestyle choices influence inflammation, metabolism, gut health, detoxification, energy, hormones, immunity, and long-term wellness, all through a functional nutrition lens.

Each Month Includes

  • One live virtual class with our functional dietitian and cohort group

  • Live Q&A + Office Hours to get personalized guidance

  • Ongoing access to class materials such as slides, handouts, and recordings through an online platform

  • Access to learning platform where you can post, ask questions and stay accountable and involved

 

Whether you’re looking to improve digestion, boost energy, balance blood sugar, reduce inflammation, or support whole-body healing, this series gives you research-backed strategies you can implement right away.

What Each Class Entails

Class 1: Mastering the Anti-Inflammatory Diet
Understand how everyday foods like gluten, added sugars, seed oils, and additives affect inflammation, gut health, hormones, and immunity. Learn how to choose nourishing, anti-inflammatory foods and build sustainable habits for lifelong health.

 

Class 2: Mastering Your Metabolism
Get clarity on what truly impacts metabolic function. Explore how diet, blood sugar balance, hormones, sleep, stress, toxins, and gut health influence metabolism, and how to support stable energy and resilience.

 

Class 3: Mastering Your Microbiome
Unlock the connection between your gut and overall health including digestion, immunity, brain health, hormones, and metabolism. Learn practical strategies to heal and sustain a thriving gut microbiome.

 

Class 4: Mastering Your Detox Pathways
Discover how your body’s natural detox systems work and how the right foods and nutrients can support liver function, digestion, elimination, and cellular detoxification with simple, actionable recommendations.

Class Dates

Classes will be held on the 2nd Friday of every month starting on Friday, March 13th and office hours will be held on the 4th Friday of every month. Recordings will be available after the class takes place.​

Meet Your Class Instructor

Dietitian Nutritionist and Class Instructor

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Delaware and a master’s degree in Functional Nutrition from Parker University. I’m passionate about teaching patients how to find a healthy balance and helping them discover just how powerful food can be as medicine.​My goal is always to meet you exactly where you are in your nutrition journey. Together, we’ll find practical, sustainable solutions that support your healing and help you thrive throughout your program here at Sanctuary Functional Medicine.
